Single Herb Tinctures
Herbal tinctures are a liquid solution of herbs and alcohol. The herbs in our Single Herb Tinctures are always harvested with respect and care at their peak seasonal potency and processed in small batches. Tinctures are produced with pharmaceutical grade organic cane spirits according to standard tincturing ratios. They are infused for one complete lunar cycle in glass jars and are then pressed and bottled.

Our Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) tincture is created from fresh roots cultivated with organic methods in our gardens in beautiful Mount Shasta, CA. Ashwagandha or “Indian Ginseng” is a greatly revered herb in Ayurvedic tradition and has a variety of beneficial properties. Known for its adaptogenic, immune modulating and anti-inflammatory properties, this tincture can be used as a daily long term tonic to enhance and restore many bodily functions.
Ashwagandha’s adaptogenic properties can increase energy, stamina and overall vitality, while supporting healthy nervous system functioning when used long term. It can aid the body’s response and resistance to stress, promote restorative sleep and relieve anxiety. Ashwagandha can also normalize hormonal and reproductive functions, and be useful in increasing fertility. A body wide anti-inflammatory, Ashwagandha can be used for chronic inflammatory, degenerative and auto-immune conditions as well as joint and nerve pain.
