Single Herb Tinctures
Herbal tinctures are a liquid solution of herbs and alcohol. The herbs in our Single Herb Tinctures are always harvested with respect and care at their peak seasonal potency and processed in small batches. Tinctures are produced with pharmaceutical grade organic cane spirits according to standard tincturing ratios. They are infused for one complete lunar cycle in glass jars and are then pressed and bottled.

St. John's Wort Tincture
Our St. John’s Wort Tincture contains fresh St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum) flowering tops cultivated in our gardens in Mount Shasta, California and organic cane alcohol.
St. John’s wort has long tradition as a folk remedy and many medicinal virtues. It is a nervous system restorative and can calm nervousness, anxiety and agitation. As a nerve specific remedy, it alleviates nerve pain by reducing rapid nerve firing, and is one of the few herbs that can heal and regenerate damaged nerve tissue. St. John’s wort can be used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis, carpal tunnel, sciatica, shingles, and pinched nerves.
St. John’s wort is embodied sunshine and as a mood elevator, it acts as a mild anti-depressant, alleviating seasonal or minor depression as well as stress and anxiety. A powerful antiviral, St. John’s wort inhibits viral replication and can reduce and relieve symptoms associated with herpes family viruses.
